Obviously, this isn't a place where we ourselves would live, but from what we've seen, the welcome is pleasant. All our interactions with the managers to prepare for the stay were friendly and professional. The staff on site are available and friendly, and the place lives up to the welcoming image we expect. There's a clean and suitable outdoor space. In short, we feel that our mother is comfortable there, perhaps even more so than at home. And we have no regrets about choosing this establishment for her temporary stays.

The reception was appalling; you feel like you're bothering them, and there's a lack of respect for the residents. I think a prison guard would be a better fit.

A responsive and attentive team. Our father's stay of almost two months was handled perfectly with professionalism and kindness. Thank you.

A high-quality facility for elderly people with reduced independence or disabilities. This facility provides care for our elders, allowing their loved ones to have a break, make modifications to their living space, and provide alternative placement options in difficult situations. It also allows for the temporary placement of elderly people until they find a permanent place in a permanent facility such as a nursing home. This facility also provides relief for caregivers for a given period. Activities are offered almost daily, and the care team is truly available and of high quality, and the premises are very clean. It should be noted that people entering this type of facility have significant physical disabilities. This represents a high workload for the nursing staff.

Hello, I am very dissatisfied with this facility, which was supposed to admit my mother on September 13th but refused to take her on August 8th, a bit late to register her elsewhere, even though the request had been made at the beginning of July and the director had guaranteed it at the beginning of May. Furthermore, during her stay, she returned home with acute phlebitis and had to be hospitalized in the emergency room the day after her return by her doctor. To top it all off, the facility lost all her documents (health insurance card, supplemental insurance card, and ID). And since then, no news. We are in a real bind because at 90 years old and in a hospital bed, it is impossible to get a new ID card, let alone a health insurance card. What are we going to do?! In conclusion, this is a temporary facility supposedly providing support and assistance to families, but which is only listed in the Yellow Pages.
