I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the meals, and with sufficient hindsight, since my mother-in-law stayed with you for over 8 years and my mother has been with you for over two years. I have noticed a significant decline over the past 3 years. Here are a few examples: 0% yogurt - not often fruit - too often puddings - rice + dumplings without sauce - too often frozen food - cold or undercooked meals - cherries served still frozen, so they end up in the trash. Our parents are not demanding but complain regularly. Simple but well-cooked meals are enough to please them; it's no longer a question of cost. I hesitate to recommend your establishment!!!!
