The staff are very friendly. My father-in-law is happy there; he says he eats well! It's a university hospital-affiliated nursing home, so it's ideal for elderly people who need medical care. I highly recommend it, and thank you to the whole team.

It's filthy! They only clean twice a week. My mother says the caregivers are harsh and unfriendly. Every time I visit her, the floor of her room is sticky! Meanwhile, we see them walking around the hallway or chatting. 2300 euros is expensive to live in filth and be mistreated by so-called caregivers. I can't wait to find another place!

I would never recommend this place. It was a disaster! Lots of personal belongings were lost or stolen, and they even gave me unsuitable chairs for medical appointments outside the facility. The receptionist at the time was haughty and unpleasant. The staff, I'm sorry, but it was extremely poor. My grandmother smelled of urine, her diaper hadn't been changed that morning, and her nails were filthy with food residue stuck to them for several days. I have very bad memories of it. It traumatized me. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I also overheard people at the facility giving me a nickname because, according to them, I was a pain. But when you're at the end of your life, you have the right to die with dignity and respect.
