EHPAD " Caudron" - CH de Peronne à PERONNE

The team was lovely and attentive. I visited my grandmother twice a week for three weeks; she was always smiling, felt pampered, listened to, and supported. Thank you all!

My aunt returned to the Caudron pavilions for rehabilitation. She stayed there for 1 month. We went there every day. Some members of the staff were not very friendly when we asked them if she had eaten well or slept well, if she had had physiotherapy or when she was going to have physiotherapy. The answer was always the same (I don't know). In 1 month, 2 physiotherapy sessions. My aunt being mentally handicapped, I arrived several times in the room where she had had accidents. Calling for her, the caregivers often took 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. The elderly people in this establishment are abandoned. A friend of mine has her grandmother, two rooms above, the same treatment. the elderly are never taken to go for a walk, a walker is provided at the entrance to each room, a very useful element when you are 82 years old, mentally handicapped, and you enter this establishment to remove this fear of falling while walking, not to mention the room was very clean on arrival without maintenance afterwards (sticky floor, scabs stuck in the bathroom) we asked her for an extra blanket because she complained of being cold, she had 1 week out of 1 month, we brought one back to put on a positive note, some ladies stand out and remain friendly and attentive to these elderly people, something that I can understand the lack of staff, but for my part the elderly are important people to be treated correctly, not to be abandoned in an establishment where they are hardly taken care of

A very good day spent preparing the residents' meals for the day.

The staff are very friendly and helpful to the residents. However, the food is not appetizing most of the time; the kitchen needs to improve.
