EHPAD Cousin de Méricourt à CACHAN

A huge thank you to all the staff at the Cousin nursing home in Méricourt. My mother spent the last four months of her life there, surrounded by carers, nurses, doctors, healthcare managers, administrative staff, trainees, other residents, and cleaning staff who were all kind, gentle, empathetic, smiling, and professional. This place makes up for its limited resources with a great deal of human care. Thank you again.

Abandoned nursing home... we barely see the nurses/doctors, and for a hairdresser appointment, you have to wait months and keep following up. Residents are left in their own feces and urine all day, and when we ask the caregivers, we're told there's no equipment (diapers, sheets, etc.). There's water damage everywhere and cockroaches, even in the rooms. The caregivers change constantly; it's impossible to follow up. When you ask a caregiver a question, she can't answer because she doesn't seem to know the residents. The food is bad; having seen what they serve in the evening, it's revolting.

Magnificent establishment with a large park for walks, well located and easily accessible by transport and car. The staff is welcoming, attentive and professional.

I thank my mother's caregivers who were truly wonderful. They do an extraordinary job!!! They will remain in my thoughts and in my heart like a kind of family. A very special thank you to Bintou and Vanessa ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜❤️🧡💛💚💙💜❤️🧡💛💚

Hello. It saddens me to see some of these comments. My mother was there until 2008, and I don't recall many of the problems mentioned in the comments—administration, service in the dining room and on the floor, and the doctor (who was good). In fact, it was a woman from the dining room staff who noticed my mother's problem. On a personal note, some medical treatments aren't always good.
