Avoid at all costs. Abuse++++ They leave snacks 4 meters away from a person who can't move. No help with medication. A severely limited number of diapers per day—they talk about supplies in private facilities, but strangely, this kind of death trap is never mentioned. They prefer to leave a person in their own excrement, or even suggest you buy your own. No help with meals, of course. In short, if you have other options, don't put your loved one in this horrible place.

Avoid! This nursing home is dilapidated, with no activities to keep residents occupied or stimulated. The rooms don't even have telephones, further isolating the elderly. Thefts of personal belongings occur despite reports to management, and nothing is done. As for the food, it is repetitive and insufficient.

My dad went to this nursing home at the beginning of May, and everything was fine. There were times when he would put his hand on the caregivers' bottoms. He was given medication for this, and everything changed in August. I no longer have my father because of them. I must flee this nursing home. On top of that, there's a person (Aurélie) who works in the office who felt entitled to tell everyone about my father, especially his in-laws. Shame on this nursing home. I'll get back at you until the end. I will never forgive you. I've lost my father. 😔

My mother received remarkable care until January 2013: attentiveness, respect, and efficiency from both the nursing and ward staff. This allowed her to end her life in conditions that maintained her dignity despite the heavy burden of her health. Thank you for the commitment of all the staff! What can be improved? More resources allocated to recruit staff Communication aimed at the general public to better raise awareness of the professionalism, commitment, and dedication of the staff.
