I want to express my sincere gratitude to the team in the secure unit of the nursing home where my father resides. When I talk about it with others, this is precisely what comes across: a wonderful, caring, welcoming team, always available and incredibly kind, especially during the most difficult times, when you can feel that the residents are truly cared for. There is genuine respect for the residents and their families, with sincere attention paid to each individual. Thank you for your humanity and professionalism.

Poor maintenance of the premises and meager food, as shown in the photo.

Staff shortage in the protected area and uncleaned room (a hole in the wall of room 318 hasn't been repaired for over 15 days – great for a resident likely to put everything in their mouth). The photo shows the toilet and lunch: one fried egg, three green beans, a piece of chopped bacon, a little potato, and a slice of bread... The explanation for the toilet seat cover: my father has testicular ulcers; could this be from leaving wet sanitary pads on the toilet for too long?

Of course, there can't be one person per resident. My father has been there for a few months, and the staff is attentive and very professional. NOTHING TO SAY... It takes a certain courage and patience to take care of the elderly. Some critics find the price high, so try to keep your loved ones at home and you'll see when you understand better... In the meantime, a big THANK YOU and BRAVO to the entire team from the cleaning department to the management. And in case of problems... the establishment is very accommodating.
