Hello, three days ago I had an asthma attack. I went to the hospital in Mortagne-au-Perche, and I strongly advise against going there. I was subjected to mistreatment; they made fun of me, yelled at me, and I mean that. I was also half-naked, and they stared at me and laughed at me. Following the asthma attack, my lungs hurt a lot, but supposedly everything is fine. They tell me it's all my fault because I smoke, but that's my problem. I should receive the same care as everyone else. Especially when I hear them making fun of an elderly woman who had a prolapse, I don't understand. You're completely useless, especially Dr. Billard. I hope to be heard and that things will change. Also, I have a cold; I'm sick. They only prescribed Ventolin, and I have to go back to the doctor the next day to get what I need because I I had bronchitis, but where is the world going? But recently, nothing happened to me, and other doctors are...

Avoid the emergency room.
Despite the friendly welcome and quick attention.
The doctor gives you a diagnosis without any tests, supposedly kidney stones. You're put on an IV drip, and an hour and a half later, they ask if the pain has lessened, even though you say no.
They send you home with a prescription while you're still in pain.

Incompetent service, my sister fell down the stairs. They took an x-ray, no news other than a suspected broken ankle. We went back the following week for an ultrasound. No response, instead of the expected response, then after 2 hours they told us, "You need to go to Le Mans to see an orthopedic surgeon to find out if she can walk."
Last year, the same thing happened. My grandmother was sick (very sick). They told us, "She just needs medication." Her condition worsened. A month later, we went to L'Aigle, but there they said she had blood cancer. Really incompetent.

Upon arrival at the emergency room, I received immediate care from a very good, professional, and attentive team. I then spent a week in the medical ward, and the entire team was wonderful. They were all very caring, from the nurses to the nursing assistants. The doctor was very attentive, kind, and understanding. The meals were varied and good. The entire team was very caring. I could have done without this stay, but it made it more pleasant. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful experience.

Pleasantly surprised by the welcome at the Emergency Room! Friendly, kind, smiling ladies communicating with me to explain everything that was going to be done to me: I had cut my finger with a robot blade and I probably needed stitches: yes, I waited but I took the opportunity to rest and finally I had 2 stitches in my finger with anesthesia which certainly hurt a little but I came out in a good mood thanks to the Country music that the nurse offered me!
