My review was simply flagged and removed, but there's no point in trying to hide it; the staff are abusive.

Professional and quality staff who do their best with the resources they are given.

I recommend this place. The residents are very well cared for, and the staff is super friendly. Personally, if you don't like looking after your parents, it will relieve the caregivers. Less than a year ago, everyone was applauding them, and you'll save on inheritance.

An exceptional place!!! Even a prisoner is better off.... Exceptional entertainment, not to mention nonexistent!!!! The rooms are so poorly maintained that even traces of wear and tear remain after cleaning... And many other comments that could only enhance the supposedly magical atmosphere of this place.... Paying so much for such mediocre service is pathetic....

Staff constantly smoking cigarettes in groups, on average 10m of sniggering and Tupperware meetings... Mainly women who talk excessively loudly... One wonders who takes care of the residents during their Tupperware meetings... One wonders how they are treated.... New establishment which requires a slightly stricter business philosophy.... In short, poor of our ancestors!!!
