What a disaster!! A nursing home to avoid at all costs!! During the initial meeting with the director, they praised life in this nursing home, telling us about the family atmosphere, the attentive staff, and promising a new building—all to hide the dilapidated state of the place and the high price they charge, because the price is exorbitant compared to the outdated facilities and the poor quality of service. We put our mother in this nursing home, and the living conditions are far from good. She complained about many things. The night staff wouldn't take her to the bathroom when she called; she had to wait for the day staff to arrive. They rushed her baths because of staff shortages, the cleaning wasn't done regularly, we even saw mice, but the biggest shock came after her death. It took over five months to get our deposit and the money we were owed back. We were told there was a two-month waiting period, and we kept asking for it. The director stopped answering our calls. The management of this nursing home is catastrophic. So, a word of advice: don't go there and never put your loved ones there!

I worked at this facility for seven years as a housekeeper, and frankly, I regret wasting my time. They're always short-staffed. Okay, they ask me to help the residents with their personal hygiene, but then they call me in because my cleaning isn't done. I only have two hands! And when you see how cold we employees were this winter, while the residents were wearing sweaters and blankets because there was no heating, and we had to gather them all in the dining room with a space heater, it's a disgrace to pay so much for the rooms. Not to mention that when there's no heating, the residents are washed in cold water and woken up at 6 a.m. to take a shower early in the morning because there aren't enough staff members during the day. This nursing home should be avoided by both future employees and future residents.

Initially, I was happy to work at this facility because of its supportive atmosphere. Unfortunately, over time, I quickly realized that it was every man for himself, that a positive image was maintained while significant difficulties existed in terms of relationships, work, safety, heating, hot water, etc. I was on a fixed-term night shift for five months. That very evening, on my night shift, the manager called me into her office and informed me that it was my last night at the facility. Unworthy of her position, she put me in an extremely difficult situation. Having contacted the employment office myself that night, this manager clearly told me that I would receive unemployment benefits very soon, whereas from March to May I was unable to claim them because they have to take so many factors into account. A serious lack of professionalism from a manager who knew in advance and informed me on my last night shift that she was terminating my contract. Shameful and disrespectful. With such a mentality, it's not even worth setting foot in this establishment. Beware, smiles can hide a lot. Think of your loved ones.

Établissement familial, un environnement agréable. Personnels a l'écoute, disponible ainsi que la direction. Prestations de qualité, un établissement qui fait au mieux pour éviter l'isolement de nos aînés et leur assurance une bonne qualité de vie. Merci !!!

The staff is friendly and attentive to the residents, who are all brought every day to the room where a daily activity takes place. I recommend this establishment which, despite its dilapidated condition, is a very pleasant place with its gardens and its proximity to the village center. An architectural renovation will begin in 2024.
