My Testimony as a Former Employee I worked at this facility a little over two years ago. My experience was marked by positive aspects, particularly some members of the nursing staff who were pleasant and professional. However, I also encountered attitudes that, in my opinion, were profoundly lacking in humanity. One event in particular deeply shocked me: I was humiliated and insulted, as was my son, who has a disability, by a fellow caregiver. At the time, I was completely paralyzed by the violence of her words. The next day, still shaken, I was unable to go to work and wrote a letter detailing the events. Unfortunately, I felt that management did not take the situation seriously. The person involved was only summoned, without any real disciplinary action being taken, to my knowledge. I had the impression that they were more interested in downplaying the events than in acknowledging what I had experienced. This deeply disappointed me and made me feel that employee suffering wasn't being adequately addressed. Looking back, I regret not having filed a complaint, as it might have allowed me to better assert my rights. Based on my personal experience, I advise future employees to be vigilant. Even when you perform your work diligently, you may not receive the support you would expect if you encounter a problem.
