EHPAD L'Ile Olive à NOGENT SUR SEINE

My partner stayed a few days in a temporary ward. The doctor was overwhelmed by the number of prescriptions and unable to manage a serious condition. The room was passable for a temporary stay, but far too expensive for the quality of service. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Unpleasant, old, and unattractive. Prescriptions were issued three times; one wonders what they do with them. The doctor needs to be reviewed. A more humane approach would have been welcome.

My father arrived last Tuesday, thanks to a well-meaning healthcare manager who praises his facility, which is simply not true. He passed away Monday morning. Following several visits, last Friday a washcloth covered in blood was left on the bed; my father was put to bed with a dirty mattress protector. Everything is under control except his health and well-being. Thanks to the receptionist and some of the nursing assistants. The care unit is unclean and outdated. I do not recommend this facility, and a big thank you to the healthcare manager who talks a lot but is completely out of touch.
