I would like to thank the healthcare teams and management for their kindness. We knew nothing about the facilities, and they patiently provided us with information. My grandfather was warmly welcomed, and we recommend this facility without hesitation.

I would like to strongly testify to the experience we have had at L’Oustau de Léo over the 4 years since our father moved in. The spaces are bright, clean, comfortable and welcoming; the environment is calm and soothing. Our father has found a certain balance there and feels safe. But above all, I want to testify to: the kindness of the caregivers always observed; the warm and respectful human relationships; the understanding of the management to resolve – always for the benefit of the resident and with great transparency with the family – complicated situations; the attentiveness, responsiveness, kindness and cordiality of the staff: this is what we have found within the establishment and with a team that we continue to find reassuring and comforting over the months and years. May they be publicly thanked here.

My mother has been a resident at L'oustau de Léo for several months. The entire staff is attentive and takes great care of her. My brothers and I are completely satisfied with the entire team, who are responsive and very involved. A huge thank you for everything, because good support is essential for our elders.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for a year and honestly it's really great. The environment, the caring staff, attentive, always there for the residents. There are often activities and it's good for the morale of our parents. Thank you and don't change a thing.

Shameful. We applied for our mother, who is already in a nursing home, at 89 years old. She is a lovely person who poses no problems. She recently lost her husband, and we wanted to move her closer to my sister, who lives in Avignon. We provided all the requested documents. Following a review of her file, the application was rejected. "We don't have to justify ourselves; it's the doctor's choice." After pressing management to review the decision, we were told they wouldn't accept it; they stuck to their initial decision without any justification. They refused to contact her primary care physician or the nursing home where my mother currently resides. There's really reason to question this facility's total lack of kindness. This unfounded refusal to sell suggests a lot about the conditions of this facility and the interest they have in residents and their families.
