EHPAD La Fleur de Sel à LE SEL DE BRETAGNE

My mother spent four months at La Fleur de Sel. We visited her regularly. The nursing staff are dedicated, friendly, empathetic, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

A recently built nursing home, calm and peaceful setting, particularly caring and attentive staff, good overall services – if only all nursing homes could be like this one!

A care home that lives up to these ambitions: listening to its residents and promoting the well-being of each individual. The relationship between families and the staff (administrative and medical) is a supportive one, based on empathy, trust, and support. Thank you for everything you do every day for all the residents and their families.

The secretary is incredibly unpleasant and not at all friendly. She lies and doesn't run errands for the patients. We asked her to ask the nurses to check if the phones were plugged in to the rooms, and she told us it wasn't her job. I'd really like to know what her job is, besides chatting. She really has no business being in this position. There are so many people looking for work who are more capable and kinder than this woman, if you can even call her a woman. She truly has no place in a nursing home; it's completely out of character for her. She has absolutely no kindness to the patients. She speaks very, very rudely, and I'm not the only one complaining, but the others don't have the courage to speak up.

My mother-in-law resided in this contemporary establishment with a beautiful exterior.... The staff is attentive to the needs of residents and willingly interacts with the family.
