This nursing home is a disaster! Management has no control over the staff; residents are neglected and often found in filthy hallways. The rooms are disgusting while the staff are smoking or chatting in the management offices. Thank goodness my father is no longer in this nursing home.

The nursing staff is indeed qualified, but unfortunately, the experience of the patient and their family is profoundly affected by the professional incompetence of the management and their shortcomings in running the facility. My mother has been in the Alzheimer's unit for six months, and to this day, my father still hasn't received a pass to visit her. He's been promised a pass for six months, but it's still not available. Furthermore, many of my mother's clothes and accessories have disappeared, including her hearing aids, valued at €1,500 each. No one in the facility seems truly concerned about this disappearance. However, the most unacceptable thing is the double withdrawal of €2,300 from my father's account. Once again, the accounting department, like every other administrative department, has demonstrated its very poor competence by billing my father twice. The worst part is that no one is available to resolve this problem. If my father didn't have two sons to step in and help him, he would be taken advantage of by this deplorable management.

The staff were wonderful; my mother spent 10 years in this care home and was very well looked after. She also received excellent end-of-life care. Thank you to all the dedicated staff!

I sincerely thank the staff of this nursing home, from the management team to the activity leaders, and of course the care teams. My mother was admitted a year ago for cognitive problems following chronic alcoholism due to depression. So much progress since then! My mother is living again. There are even plans for her to be discharged for a few days and return home now. The nursing staff are competent, smiling, and truly caring, as are the activity leaders. This facility is the polar opposite of nursing homes where money is the main focus. But it's true that it's sometimes difficult to reach the residents, as they often participate in stimulating activities... The best thing to do is try around 8:00 p.m. after dinner or just after lunch. Thank you again; I believe, without flattery, that you saved my mother's life.

I can't reach my grandma who's in quarantine. We don't know what she needs or if she's okay. It's so hard for elderly people who don't understand this lockdown situation and why they can't see their loved ones. Hopefully, the healthcare staff and residents of the nursing home don't catch this virus.
