We were with our mother until she passed away, and my sisters and I were deeply touched by the care and kindness shown by the medical team and the sensitivity with which they supported us after our mother's death. A heartfelt thank you to you all.

I'm glad to see the reviews. There's definitely no humanity. I was actually kicked out once. I brought my dog ​​with me and was thrown out. I had a two-hour drive. My dad died in early October from severe dehydration. Not to mention the reception conditions during COVID, which were completely inhumane... I won't miss this establishment.

On m'a fait ramener mon bouquet de fleurs coupées. "Seules les plantes en pot sont autorisées. C'est le règlement" . Sans explication. Alors qu'avant le covid, c'était possible. Certains membres du personnel n'étaient même pas au courant de cette mesure... Fermeture de l'établissement à 17h, mais à 16h59 (heure du tél portable) les portes étaient closes et la personne qui avait fermé n'était déjà plus là.
