EHPAD Le Bois de Menuse à CHALON SUR SAONE

My father has been a resident for three and a half years, and I've never had a single complaint about this facility. The nursing staff are kind and attentive, and they keep us informed in case of an emergency. I'm very grateful to them because it's not an easy job every day.

My father arrived at the Bois de Menuse nursing home in 2019 in the Bruyères unit and has always been very well cared for by a competent and friendly team who do their utmost. The last few months have been more difficult in the Prêles unit, where the care teams were able to support him. Thank you to all the teams.

Lack of hygiene for residents, lack of empathy, lack of support for the last moments... indifference from the staff. Kindness is not a problem of staff or time... I regret that my mother was "in your hands" for her last moments.

There's a lot to complain about at the moment: residents are dressed for the night (and sometimes disheveled) from snack time, lack of empathy towards those who are sick and complain of pain... Lack of staff? Lack of commitment to the sick?

Since we started visiting without an appointment, we've noticed that our severely disabled relative isn't being properly cared for in terms of hygiene. Furthermore, visits are only allowed on Sundays or Saturdays due to staff shortages. Those who aren't in their rooms and are on the ground floor don't receive their afternoon snack.
