I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this facility: It doesn't deserve the term "EHPAD" (Nursing Home), for the simple reason that the medical staff is incapable of providing even minimal care to an elderly and dependent person. How can a dependent resident be allowed to become dehydrated in the middle of summer, without any intervention? Added to this is the rigidity of the management representatives, who behave more like those of a penitentiary than a home where vulnerable people, loved by their loved ones, are entrusted. This facility could run numerous advertisements in local newspapers to fill their rooms...
