The staff's dedication is exceptional; I was frankly surprised, as I was expecting the worst in my search for the ideal home for my mother, who is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's. Each member of the team demonstrates unwavering kindness, guaranteeing a warm and welcoming environment. People here smile and respect one another. So refreshing! The activities offered (also by external organizations) are varied and stimulating, allowing residents to thrive and remain active, both physically and mentally. The cleanliness of the premises is impeccable, a testament to the professionalism of the staff who ensure a healthy and pleasant environment. Meals are carefully prepared to meet the residents' nutritional needs. Furthermore, the staff are personally involved in the leisure activities, fostering moments of sharing and conviviality. My mother has been rejuvenated in just two months at Le Rivage; she's got her beautiful smile back! Thank you. Le Rivage offers a true sense of community, where every resident feels heard and respected. I highly recommend this establishment and its staff, who seem to genuinely love their work. Well done!

I came to this facility to complete a volunteer placement that will help fund my driver's license (regional pass). First and foremost, I want to thank the management and the entire team for welcoming young people into the facility, thus enabling them to pursue a life project and build intergenerational connections with all the residents. This high-quality facility allowed me to experience the social environment of a nursing home, specifically the activities department. I commend all the staff and volunteers who dedicate their energy to ensuring everyone's well-being. I recommend this nursing home to young people, and I also recommend it as a whole.

The staff are fantastic, however their so-called manager or supervisor is mediocre and has no empathy for his very dedicated staff.

The care home is a separate, enclosed space. Residents live together and are free to move around within their own area. Visitors all know each other and form a close-knit community. It's very friendly. The staff knows each resident perfectly and knows how to respond appropriately to different situations. Thank you to them for taking such good care of our dear parents. The only slight drawback is the lack of varied activities within the space itself.
