I especially thank all the caregivers who were generally very kind and available, and in particular for holding the phone for her so she could talk to me and hear me, as I live very far away. Much has changed since the new management. A quiet environment... I highly recommend it. The staff is professional, welcoming, and very personable. A very nice residence with clean rooms. The food is excellent.

Same-day emergency intervention to repair a general outage that left all residents without TV access. Since then, and despite numerous reminders by phone and mail, this facility still hasn't paid the bill!!! It's appalling...
