A huge thank you to all the teams, from the activities management and staff to everyone involved. Each activity is a moment of conviviality and sharing, essential for the residents. The staff are competent and always available. Management is there to help in case of difficulties, and their support is invaluable. In short, a top-notch care home; all that's missing is the new building to give our seniors a taste of paradise... A resident's child.

My husband is staying in the Alzheimer's unit. It couldn't be better than this. The entire staff, both nursing and administrative, is very caring. Excellent medical care is provided as well. No turnover here, which says it all! I recommend this place.

I can only be grateful to this facility, which cared for and supported my mother as best it could throughout her placement. She was warmly welcomed and said, "This is my home, I'm comfortable!" The team demonstrated great professionalism and, above all, great humanity! It's never an easy time to have to put a family member in a nursing home, because we know that this will be their final resting place. I am surprised to read the negative reviews because for my part, I am reassured and happy for my mother-in-law who has lived peacefully in recent years thanks to the care and listening of the entire Northern Provinces team. This team is caring and truly passionate about this profession which, honestly, is very complicated and requires a lot of courage on a daily basis. Nevertheless, the girls always have a smile, a zest for life and we always have a good time during our visits. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your devotion and all the love you give to our elders who can end their lives with dignity at your side.
