My father stayed at your establishment for five years in a row, and he never complained. It's difficult for me to accurately assess this establishment. I regretted the dilapidated furniture, and you told me he could bring his own. One afternoon we wanted to have a coffee, and without knowing it, I went to the kitchen, which directed me to the coin-operated coffee machine in the entrance hall. I was embarrassed during a visit when a woman came to his room to undress my father for a bath in front of me, showing no respect for his modesty. And he died in that room on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. I, his son, was informed on Tuesday afternoon when I called to check on him. You didn't call me, nor even my sister. So you argued: That's the guardian's job And or is it the role of the trusted person? After legal clarification, neither of them has this obligation. So, you're the only one left, out of courtesy, compassion, or simply humanity... But no, you warned my father's trusted person, who is in conflict with the family, perhaps without knowing it... Isn't a nursing home a loving place to live? Anyway, it's done, I consider this an act of indecency on your part.

Thank you to the care team for their kindness to Viviane, to the people she cares for, and for their support to the families. The beauty of the garden contributes in its own way to the sharing and tranquility of life. Thank you again to all the people who work hard to ensure the best living conditions for our loved ones.

A big thank you to ALL of you. "Vivi," as you called her, has left us after more than six years spent by your side. Nursing assistants, nurses, doctor, technical and management staff, and Mr. Director, I thank you for building genuine bonds of friendship and high-quality medical care with my mother, as with all the other residents (that I knew!); this was a great relief to me all these years. Your dedication and the consistency of all the support staff reassured me, and my mother felt at peace. The activities and events were conducted with great enthusiasm; I also remember my mother's smiles! THANK YOU. I highly recommend the Tamaris residence; the reviews are not representative of the quality of your organization! Plus, there's an "extraordinary garden" where we love to spend time.

1 star because I can't give it less. An establishment to avoid, even though you were treated like royalty during your initial reception/visit. Some professionals should be avoided. Dishonesty, negligence with residents, and extremely limited trust. Don't trust your loved ones here.
