An exemplary residence, a pleasant establishment, characterized by humanity, respect, and kindness from all the staff, and numerous activities to keep seniors connected with the outside world or with their own tastes and interests. I highly recommend it.

My father stayed at your facility for five consecutive years and never complained. It's difficult for me to accurately assess this establishment. I was disappointed by the outdated furniture, and you told me he could bring his own. One afternoon, we wanted to have coffee, and without realizing it, I went into the kitchen, where the woman pointed me to the coin-operated coffee machine in the entrance hall. I was embarrassed during a visit when a woman came to his room and undressed my father for his bath in front of me, showing no respect for his modesty. He passed away in that room on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. I, his son, was informed on Tuesday afternoon when I called to check on him. You didn't call me, nor my sister. So you argued, "It's the guardian's responsibility," or "It's the role of the designated representative." After checking, I found that neither of you is legally obligated to do so. So, out of courtesy, compassion, or simply humanity, you're the only one left... But no, you informed my father's trusted person, who is in conflict with the family, perhaps unknowingly... Isn't a nursing home supposed to be a loving place to live? Anyway, it's done, and I consider this insensitive of you.

A caring and competent multidisciplinary team that brings well-being to the residents every day. Thank you to the care team for their kindness towards Viviane, the residents they support, and their assistance to their families. The beauty of the garden contributes in its own way to a sense of community and tranquility. Thank you again to all those who work tirelessly to ensure the best possible living conditions for our loved ones.

A big thank you to ALL of you. "Vivi," as you called her, has left us after more than six years spent by your side. Nursing assistants, nurses, doctor, technical and management staff, and Mr. Director, I thank you for building genuine bonds of friendship and high-quality medical care with my mother, as with all the other residents (that I knew!); this was a great relief to me all these years. Your dedication and the consistency of all the support staff reassured me, and my mother felt at peace. The activities and events were conducted with great enthusiasm; I also remember my mother's smiles! THANK YOU. I highly recommend the Tamaris residence; the reviews are not representative of the quality of your organization! Plus, there's an "extraordinary garden" where we love to spend time.

1 star because I can't give it less. An establishment to avoid, even though you were treated like royalty during your initial reception/visit. Some professionals should be avoided. Dishonesty, negligence with residents, and extremely limited trust. Don't trust your loved ones here.
