This nursing home is a disaster... My mother stayed there for nine months and died... I had to fight with the director to get my mother a portable air conditioner that we had bought for her because it was over 35 degrees Celsius in her room. The poor woman was hospitalized several times for dehydration. During the lockdown, she was locked in her room in appalling conditions. Furthermore, we had to call very often to try and get her TV and cell phone turned on. She fell one night and broke her hip, dying two months later... Lack of staff, resources, motivation, and training? Added to this, the COVID lockdown and our inability to intervene daily to address all these shortcomings...

I do not recommend this nursing home if the person is not fully mentally and physically capable. My mother stayed there for nine months and experienced a constant stream of health problems and other issues. During the last lockdown, her conditions of confinement in her room were appalling. Those nine months were a nightmare for both her and me.
