EHPAD Lyna à LA COLLE SUR LOUP

My husband stayed at Lyna for several months, having been admitted in an emergency, and was very well received. We greatly appreciated the kindness and compassion of the staff and the time they dedicated to each resident. We were also very satisfied with the medical team and the quality of the care and meals. The atmosphere of the residence is cheerful and relaxed, and the terraces/gardens are very pleasant. We highly recommend Lyna for the quality of its services. Michele Sabran and her children

Apparently, social interaction isn't their strong suit. My mother has been there since April 2024, and there have already been several problems. Today was her birthday. She was wearing brown Bermuda shorts (I don't even know if they're hers), a pink t-shirt, and a gray vest covered in stains (her wardrobe is overflowing with clothes). She was supposed to have dinner with my father, so he also made a hair appointment, but they forgot! Not a drop of perfume, and I'm not even sure the cleaning staff knew it was her birthday because they were surprised to see us with flowers. It's not that hard to know the residents' birthdays. They've also charged us an extra €600 on the bill twice now, and that's not all. My father-in-law is at the Maison Bleue in Gattières. He pays €1200 less per month for services that are essentially the same, if not better, because the singer comes every Saturday, whereas at Lyna, it's every two weeks.

A lovely residence with a caring and professional team who took excellent care of my mother for seven years. A huge thank you to the entire medical and administrative team for their wonderful care and patience during those years!

I went to see Mr ARDOIN Alex with my Danya ARDOIN to see her husband by car during my holidays in 2020 as well as this year 2021 for 2 months it's great.

During my grandmother's stay, she received a very warm welcome. The establishment benefits from a remarkable panoramic view and a very pleasant living environment! Very beautiful spaces, spacious and bright rooms and numerous outdoor spaces: terraces and gardens. The meals I was able to taste were always delicious and the service impeccable!
