❌ Very negative review I would like to denounce what is happening in this facility. Only two nursing assistants are available in the afternoon to manage around 40 residents. Under these conditions, the elderly are forced to be put to bed by 1:30 p.m., not by choice, but due to a lack of human resources. When we dare to question management about this inhumane organization, the only response we receive is "to remain silent." How can we not be outraged by such a situation? How can we accept that our grandparents, who deserve respect and dignity, are treated this way? This institutional mistreatment affects both the employees, who are exhausted and devalued, and the residents, who are deprived of dignified care. It is urgent that things change. Families sometimes have no other choice but to entrust their loved ones to a nursing home, but this should never mean sacrificing their quality of life. Retirement home to avoid!
