The director, Ms. Jobert, is a warm person and very attentive to the needs of families.
The staff is very responsive to our needs for our elderly relatives and very present for them.
The facility is very well run, and the food is excellent. There are plenty of activities to maintain social connections. The residents truly feel at home. My mother stayed there temporarily and wanted to spend her final days there because she felt so comfortable. She stayed for 18 months with appropriate support and care.
I would like to thank the entire team for their presence and support during her stay and at the time of her departure. Thank you for your support.

After a stroke and the resulting cognitive difficulties, we had to place my mother at Les Paillons. After almost a year there, we can only express our appreciation for the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff at every level: management, care team, and activities team. We also extend our gratitude to the many professionals on site: physiotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, speech therapist, sophrologist, etc.
The facilities are simple but clean, renovated, and welcoming.
The cuisine is refined and offers alternative dishes.
The ongoing support for families is constant.
The activities are varied and offered several times a day.
But above all, and most importantly, the care and support provided to my mother are impeccable.
It is the people who make a place, and here the team is exceptional. We highly recommend Les Paillons and take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team. Virginie and family.

The team at the Les Paillons EHPAD welcomed my 96-year-old uncle and supported him until his death with great humanity, kindness, and professionalism. This facility is a beautiful place where the residents are happy and the team of professionals are in a good mood. There's nothing sad about the place. There's a lot of warmth and attention. The medical team is truly professional and attentive to people, and the doctor is very present.
For families, support is always there, from the caregivers to the management.

After visiting several retirement homes, I decided after a tour to place my mother at Les Paillons, and I am very satisfied. The staff are caring, the food is very good, empathy is in their DNA, it's clean, the activity coordinators offer relevant activities adapted to the different needs of the residents, help is available with administrative procedures, and the director and nurses are always attentive to families. My mother had a vasovagal syncope today, and less than a minute later, three nurses were at her side. I highly recommend this facility to all families who prioritize the well-being of their elderly relatives.
The facility is well-maintained and bright. The rooms are simple yet comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff is extremely welcoming and available to residents and their families. My grandmother stayed there for short periods and appreciated the care she received. The management is also very attentive to the residents' well-being.
