My grandmother feels comfortable there and tells me that the caregivers are kind to her.

High and constant staff turnover and poor organization of services and teams are detrimental to the well-being of the residents, who, let's not forget, are vulnerable individuals! Management is completely overwhelmed and inadequate. The coordinating physician, however, is competent and compassionate, and attentive.

The new director is facing many new problems since the departure of Ms. Colas (whom she assisted). Let's give her time and help her with her increasingly difficult task (reduced staff, residents with more severe disabilities).

Since Ms. Colas left... nothing's going right! Sniff 😢😭 It should be given 0 stars (instead of the 5 that keep showing up 😕)
