A truly excellent facility with a wonderful welcome. The staff is attentive to both residents and their families. A very supportive team. Our entire family joins us in warmly thanking all the staff at the residence for their support of our mother, Jocelyne, throughout this past year at the residence. We truly appreciated the dedication, availability, and professionalism of everyone involved in ensuring a harmonious living environment that met the needs of Alzheimer's disease and allowed us to better understand and cope with this illness. My mother stayed in this residence for over a year before passing away. The staff is caring and very professional. The support we received in the last few weeks was extremely comforting. My father, who arrived in a wheelchair at your Day Care Center in January 2025, has always been warmly welcomed and well cared for by the staff at the Résidence Ducale.
