Poor experience (window seat mission). Upon arrival at the department, we were left in a state of confusion. The professional, Fabienne, mocked us instead of explaining how the morning's procedures worked and told us we weren't welcome, leaving us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. For an establishment facing staff shortages, a more caring and welcoming approach would be preferable to encourage repeat business. I do not recommend it.
