My father was very disappointed when his cell phone was stolen from his room. He is disabled and cannot move without help... Management's response. Use your insurance! It's unbelievable to think that someone could steal a cell phone from a disabled person when we pay €2,500 a month for my father's safety. I do not recommend this establishment, where thieves roam the hallways.

A calm and relaxing establishment, staffed by caring people.

SHAME! I also don't recommend this establishment. My dear grandmother ended her life there. A complete decline in less than 3 months. There's a lack of staff in these difficult times, so there's no time to take care of the people waiting, and therefore people who didn't ask for anything and find themselves unable to walk and with a wet diaper all day. Yet, a little time, attention, and listening costs nothing. A place that makes you want to go there at all. A place to die.

I do not recommend this retirement home, completely inhuman treatment, lack of respect for our elders.....

Disappointed! Following the easing of lockdown restrictions, my parents called the nursing home and were told that visits were permitted on Thursday afternoons (with social distancing measures in place). My parents traveled 60 km to visit my 101-year-old grandmother. Upon arriving at the reception desk, the director informed them that visits were impossible (even through the windows!). My grandmother hasn't had a single visit in two and a half months, and she has likely been confined to her room since early March! We find this outrageous and inhumane. I can only imagine my poor grandmother, left to despair and isolated from her loved ones.
