As a service provider, I've been waiting for payment for one of my events for two and a half months, despite several reminders. Today, following another call from me, I was told that they don't know when I'll receive the transfer because my account is apparently no longer active in their files, and they don't give me a reason.

Staff who take great care of the residents. A truly top-notch residence. Staff who are trustworthy and very helpful. I was worried about putting my parents in a nursing home, but I have no regrets.
