EHPAD - Résidence Saint-Thibault à FLEURE

My mother received a very warm welcome at this top-notch nursing home. It's clean, welcoming, and everything is done for the residents' well-being. The nursing and housekeeping staff are attentive and present 7 days a week, including holidays. The activities were fantastic; the outdoor meal with the families will remain a cherished memory. Everything was perfect. A special mention to the chefs: the meals were excellent and beautifully presented. The administrative team was also always available and helpful. The management is approachable and attentive. Don't change a thing; everything is perfect. I recommend it 100%.

I have nothing but positive things to say, as my mother has lived there for almost five years. The staff and the director are very attentive to families, and the facilities are very clean and smell pleasant. Since my mother has been there, she is doing much better and participates in almost all the activities offered throughout the week. Another positive point is that pets are allowed. This nursing home is simply amazing.

My grandmother is currently in this facility and has been very well received since she arrived. There are daily activities, outings are planned, birthdays are celebrated, and the staff is attentive. There may be occasional hiccups, which are quickly corrected when reported by families. The premises are very clean and the surrounding area is quiet. My grandmother's preferences vary, but it all depends on the residents' tastes. However, it would be helpful to have more frequent communication from the doctor, as no medical information is provided by the nurses or doctor unless requested. As part of your facility's ongoing efforts to improve, I believe that a medical update should be provided regularly, even without the family requesting it.
