We went there yesterday to visit a friend. Very nice nursing home, friendly staff, nothing to complain about, superb, well done on your work. Fantastic!

The residents are not treated well, those at the end of their lives are completely neglected, they don't die with dignity, and nothing is done to ensure they pass away without suffering. Not to mention the lack of empathy and support for families… zero! Just a horrible experience with nursing homes; personally, I'd rather die than have to go there! Fortunately, the facility is taking a new direction, with a change in management… I wish them all the best, both for themselves and for the residents. 🙏🏼

My father has been staying at the retirement home since 2019. Unfortunately, we live far from Missillac, but the staff take very good care of him. They remember what he likes, we organize online videos with Pauline, etc. We are sometimes not informed when he has minor falls, etc., which is a shame, but overall, it is really very good care. Thank you for your work.

I am a resident. The service is adequate, but like all nursing homes, there is a staff shortage, which complicates the exemplary work of the staff, who are not appreciated as they should be. There are certainly things that need to change in management, even if it won't be enough. What is the government doing in this area when it can find funds for other, less important things? Our elders are abandoned by our leaders. 😈😈😈😈

I rate 0 out of 20 because this is a death trap you go in and you never come out, it's a lousy establishment, the residents are not treated well at meal times if they don't want to eat too bad it stays on the plate in the evening if the resident asks to change his protection because it is full he is told no because there is a number of protection calculated for the day. At night when they call by ringing the bell to warn either the person comes hours later because there are very few people at night to work or not at all while hoping that the resident did not fall in the night when leaving if the resident wants to go out for the day or a few hours and if he has been sick it is the nurse who decides from experience I find that the choice belongs to the resident given the amount he leaves each month and given how he is treated he should only pay half I find that the director is not involved at all in his establishment if just to be behind his desk as for the resident for him it is nothing just only money that comes in
