EHPAD Sainte-Sophie à THIAUCOURT REGNIEVILLE

After a month in the Château Salin hospital, my grandmother, no longer able to walk on her own and needing continuous care, had to find a suitable nursing home. I had heard about Thiaucourt, and so had my grandmother. I have absolutely no regrets; quite the opposite. From the initial phone call to the in-person reception—from the reception staff to the caregivers, cleaning staff, nurses, and doctors—I am amazed by their professionalism, smiles, availability, and care. In just four days, my grandmother received 100 times better care than she had in a month at the hospital! She contracted a lung infection after a car accident at the hospital, but she was treated immediately and was better after just one day. The doctor called to explain the diagnosis, and the nurses... Please don't change anything! And don't let your managers tell you not to spend time with the residents and their families. Taking the time and having a smile are essential to our well-being, so thank you, thank you to everyone I've met since Monday! Don't change, thank you! 🙏 Well done! You do a difficult job, I know, but what I've seen of your work across all the care pathways is remarkable and priceless.

Very warm welcome, the staff are great and the place is charming.

I am deeply saddened by the death of my mother in this facility within the space of 20 days... Her departure was a very painful ordeal for our family. I hope that all those welcomed receive the necessary support in their final days.
