A warm welcome with a smile and excellent service during our visit to the nursing home for Christmas 2024 to celebrate with my brother. Thank you.

While searching for a nursing home for our father, we received a very warm welcome and helpful information. We were able to visit the different floors and various other rooms. The facility is very colorful and clean. We are waiting for a room and, most importantly, to find out when our father will be able to leave the hospital. We will get back to you with further updates.

Go there without hesitation. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very professional. A special mention for Doctors Bui and Bassi, who are excellent. They take the time for a truly human touch, which is rare these days. A special shout-out to Ms. Durand, the superb healthcare manager, as well.

The premises and the park are pleasant. The BIG CONCERN is the lack of support from the staff, and the disinterest in some staff members, very dependent people. Despite our almost daily presence, I find the support to be very, very limited... The elderly are made "incontinent": they have protections and have to go in them. And when they ask to go to the toilet, I heard some caregivers (and even nurses) remind them that they have protections... so no toilets... The meals are very light for people who have a good appetite. As for the entertainment, it is only reserved for able-bodied people, the others stay in their rooms or are sometimes grouped in front of the TV. However, a speaker comes once a month for a show. My father has deteriorated a lot since he has been there, certainly the illness partly explains this, but the lack of stimulation is a big part of it, in our opinion. Avoid for people who are not independent.
