It's mandatory to give this place at least one star, but it's undeserved. My grandfather had a miserable end of life in this facility. When I wanted to visit him, he told me to absolutely not go through reception; I mustn't be seen. He told me he was just waiting for death. I went there after his death to get some answers, but I was given the runaround. The staff admitted they suspected he was under someone's control and apparently did nothing—not a single report, nothing. I was told the director would call me, but after weeks of silence, I called and was met with a wall of silence. They're only there to take the money and are potentially complicit in the abuse between residents; it's shameful.

Residents' opinions: The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Activities are held almost every day. A themed meal is held monthly. Regular events and outings are held. And there's a truly top-notch restaurant for lunch every day! Meals are prepared on-site with varied and balanced menus, shared with joy and good humor by the residents. In short, the premises are certainly a little dated, but the director works hard and makes this home a truly charming place.

A bit old-fashioned. My clients say so themselves. Not enough leisure activities.
