Maison de retraite de Badonviller à BADONVILLER

My mother was at the Badonviller nursing home for five years. We visited her at different times and on different days. We always found her room and bathroom clean, and my mother was always dressed appropriately. The nurses and caregivers were always available to answer our questions. We were contacted before her death so that we could be with her in her final moments. The caregivers offered us drinks and were very kind to us. Thank you for the care you provided to my mother. It all started as soon as I arrived.... I was verbally attacked (witnesses present) by Ms. FC and then by her colleague, Ms. ? (A chicken...a blue-blonde crest on her head)...... They are both very: Arrogant, impolite, aggressive, disrespectful.....🤭🤭 and interfere in family conflicts....🙃🙃 They have no competence whatsoever.....they really think I'm an idiot..... The rooms are dirty....a disgrace for the price.... On my way out, I went to reception to make an appointment with the management.... Uh, the head nurse can see you..... Okay, I agree, but the current head nurse is a substitute...pffff... In short, Badonviller is full of losers 🤣🤣 Nursing home to avoid 🤮🤮

Ma maman a visiter,elle y est rentrée le 20 juin de cette année. Elle s'y plaît,mais les repas sont préparés 2 jours à l avance.
