A disaster... people are left to die of thirst... without change... unmotivated staff... management with no empathy for the elderly... don't let your parents go to this death house... animals are better cared for at the SPA... As for the Alzheimer's unit, the staff is locked up for hours in the office under the pretext of an affair... instead of monitoring and taking care of the elderly... forced to knock on the office door when people fall... or do their business in the hallway... ladies... if you are no longer motivated by your work... stay at home... you give a catastrophic image of the profession... you don't even warn the family when a horse treatment is given to the elderly person... my mother fell in the bathroom... because the caregiver... or the bad caregiver... had forgotten to prepare the laundry... beforehand... left my mother standing in the bathroom while she went to get her clothes in the wardrobe.......a disgrace.....Family....child......put up cameras...film ......take pictures and initiate proceedings if necessary.......

My loved one was admitted to this nursing home hoping to find at least some basic care and dignity. The reality is quite different. The staff shortage is so severe that residents go for hours without assistance, even for essential needs like using the toilet or taking their medication. Care is neglected: there is no real supervision, dressings are not changed, and calls for help are ignored. My loved one has gone several days without being washed. Even worse, meals are often served without even checking if the person can feed themselves. The facility gives the impression of total abandonment. The staff, though willing, are exhausted, poorly supervised, and clearly understaffed. We are talking about human lives here, not bed numbers. This kind of neglect is dangerous and unacceptable. I strongly advise against this nursing home until urgent measures are taken. If you have a vulnerable loved one, do not leave them here.

My mother stayed there for eight months. Knowing she was safe in this facility was a great comfort to me. The recently built Valéran building is a very pleasant, bright place to live, perfectly suited to the elderly, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The dedicated and attentive staff (all functions combined) took care of her with great professionalism and kindness. I was particularly touched by all the little touches given to the residents to make their lives as pleasant as possible: decorations based on the holidays throughout the year, various activities, monthly birthdays, small gifts, library, hair salon, quality catering... A big thank you to the entire team who looked after my mother with dignity and respect.

Rather than making a garden, hiring staff, neglecting care, limited food, we let people die of thirst...for an exorbitant amount per month... A word of advice: don't leave your loved ones under surveillance where the promises are just palaver...I gave one star because you can't rate it less...
