After reading the negative reviews, I was apprehensive about staying at this establishment, but I was pleasantly surprised: the room was very bright, clean, and the meals were very generous. The doctor visits me twice a day and the physiotherapist visits me four times a week in the afternoon. The entire staff is very friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. If necessary, I will ask to return to this center.

For those who talk about the "prison" system, perhaps we can remind them of the serious health crisis we are going through. The barrier gestures and the period of confinement are there to protect our elders. Our father, after his hip operation, came out walking. Thank you to the healthcare staff, the doctor, the nurses, the physiotherapists, the nursing assistants, not forgetting the cleaning ladies for their good humor and their professionalism despite the pressure on their hierarchy and this virus which has been affecting everyone for months. One star less for the insufficient presence of physiotherapists (decision of the management)...

To be avoided, prison or military atmosphere, staff who are far too authoritarian and lacking in humanity, to the detriment of patients and the rare, very kind nursing staff who no longer have to put up with their hierarchy.

Haughty and condescending doctor. Claims to have visited his patient every day (when this was not the case). Medications (antidepressants) were administered even though she had been weaned off the medication beforehand due to hallucinations. We repatriated our grandmother before the end of her stay (and especially her life!!!). In my opinion, this is a facility to avoid if you love your elders.

Really not great. The staff isn't very pleasant with patients, not to mention the doctor who thinks he's superior.
