MARPA Plain Champ Saint Etienne du Bois à ST ETIENNE DU BOIS

My mother moved into the MARPA retirement home in Saint Etienne du Bois in February 2025. After more than a year, she is very satisfied. The warm welcome, availability, and kindness of the management and all the staff are greatly appreciated. She feels much less alone than in her large house and enjoys the contact with the other residents: games, sharing ideas, and communal meals. The MARPA allows everyone to enjoy their peace and quiet when they need it, but also fosters social connections. Furthermore, she was able to furnish her studio apartment with her own furniture and adapted very quickly to her new living space. Seeing with her how well she has settled in, we, her family, are very happy to visit her at the MARPA. We even wrote this review together.

My mother-in-law stayed twice at the MARPA retirement home, in the temporary adaptation room. The staff are lovely and caring, but the management led her to believe she could stay there permanently, even though it seems they knew from the start that it wouldn't be possible, since she's not from the area. The result: approximately €3,000 in stays paid for based on false hopes. A very disappointing experience on a personal level.

As a supplier, I have no complaints. Friendly staff 👍
