I'm accompanying a friend who's almost 80. It's well-located in Chambray-lès-Tours, and the residents feel at home there.

Well-designed, my elderly father's small apartment is practical, sunny, and suitable for those with reduced mobility. There's a restaurant nearby, a small garden for fresh air, and medical assistance is always close at hand. Very reasonable rates... We're so reassured!

The residence is very well located in the center of Chambray. Parking is easy. The staff is very welcoming. The premises are clean. The two apartments I had the opportunity to visit were well laid out and in very good condition. It's ideal for a couple to live comfortably while still maintaining their independence, as they have the option of eating meals together (with the other residents) or individually. Various workshops, activities, and events are offered, all in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

An excellent facility that allows seniors independence while being available should any problems arise. Activities, exercise, memory workshops, art therapy, singing, and top-notch dining – everything is done to make seniors feel at home within the facility.
