A pleasant and clean residence, even if the apartments aren't very large. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A choir and other activities keep the residents entertained. There's a large dining room where birthdays are celebrated every month. 👍😊 I highly recommend it! 👍

I paid in advance and booked a check-in date ahead of time. I arrived from a 15-hour journey, exhausted, and Mr. Yonnel left me outside the door with my suitcases for two hours while he booted up the computer. He told me they hadn't received my payment and couldn't accept me. I showed him proof of payment from my app, and he took his time browsing the bank's application. The inventory revealed that the floor was dirty and the furniture was old. I stayed for 10 days and then moved to another residence. I booked a check-out appointment for a Saturday. Mr. Yonnel yelled at me because, thanks to me, he was forced to do his job and couldn't go on a trip with his friends. He left me waiting for another two hours, thinking I had a trip to catch and wanted me to miss my bus, even though I was just bluffing to get him to hurry. After two hours, he checked the condition of the place, noted that I had soiled the floor even though it was already dirty, and said it would take the cleaning lady two hours. He also claimed I had broken the bed and charged me a €400 deposit. Yes, Yonnel is awful to foreigners. Don't be like Yonnel, who invites his friends over every night to get drunk and stays up late.

Opened in 2017, this residence offers apartments equipped to the latest standards for insulation and accessibility for independent people with disabilities. A common room is available on the 6th floor with a large television, library, and air conditioning. On the ground floor, a restaurant serves lunch with a menu adapted to various dietary needs, prepared on-site by a chef using fresh ingredients. In the basement, there is a laundry room with three washing machines, two dryers, and an ironing board. A physiotherapy practice and a nursing practice are also located within the same building.
