Mom has been a resident of a retirement home for a year, and how lucky she is, knowing she's 86 years old. At home where she lived, she was alone and was starting to let herself go. And there are lots of friends, activities in the afternoons, outings, and a restaurant where she can eat all week long. And the cherry on top is near the city center, so daily outings are recommended. Transition between home and a nursing home. Especially since the staff is very attentive to the residents.
