Our mother received a very warm welcome at the "Le Jardin des Moines" residence and immediately felt at home. The staff are charming, attentive, and always available. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, and the services and amenities offered are excellent! We have absolutely no complaints; we are delighted that our mother was able to be closer to her children and grandchildren in such wonderful conditions.

Overall, I was satisfied with the team. The facilities are beautiful and the location is perfect in the heart of the Batignolles district.

A friend who lives there told me the elevator isn't working, which is a real problem since she has limited mobility. It's completely unacceptable in a building that only houses elderly people.

A loved one lives in this residence. For almost two months, the residence's elevator has been constantly broken, plunging residents, many of whom are elderly and often use canes, into an intolerable daily ordeal. The risk of serious falls hangs like a sword of Damocles over their heads, and this image is unworthy of a place supposed to ensure their well-being. Technicians say the system is too old and beyond repair. Faced with this damning situation, Univi's management seems oblivious to the urgency. The staff do what they can with dedication, but they cannot be present at all times to help with groceries or lend a helping hand. Add to this the complete lack of video surveillance in these stairwells, and you have a toxic combination that exacerbates the residents' feelings of abandonment and insecurity. It is shameful and dangerous. It's time for management to take responsibility and replace this defective elevator without delay. Our seniors deserve respect, safety, and dignity!

A HUGE NUMBER OF REGULAR THEFTS occurred in my grandmother's apartment for two years, without any sign of forced entry (so it must have been committed by people with access cards). Her entire wardrobe, jewelry, coats, checkbooks, credit cards, and cash were stolen. The forensic team investigated. But the worst part: the manager showed absolutely no emotion in her voice and refused to provide a list of employees who had access to the room, and refused to warn the other residents. We took it upon ourselves to knock on doors and do it ourselves. The forensic team was disgusted by the manager's behavior. EDIT: UNIVI's marketing department is misrepresenting my comment and claiming there were no email exchanges with the manager. THIS IS FALSE (SEE MY PHOTO). Yet we have a police report in our possession, and we have EMAILS exchanged with the manager regarding the thefts in this facility. UNIVI is lying shamelessly. P.S.: I'm a journalist, I work at Première Ligne (Cash Investigation, Envoyé Spécial), and I have no problem going to court for defamation. I'm very familiar with your threats of defamation; you never actually go to trial. These are just SLAPP suits to suppress the truth and our comments. We should even do a TV segment at the station on what's happening in these kinds of establishments. I've already discussed this with Elsa M., the head of the magazine division at France 2. The truth must come out. I took a screenshot of your comment accusing me of defamation, even though I have all the evidence and all your emails. This clearly demonstrates your inhumanity. Instead of apologizing, you accuse me of lying. You have as little humanity as the director, Brigitte B., who remained impassive on the phone despite the thousands of euros that were stolen.
