Hello, My grandmother came to this facility of her own free will to stay for a few years and passed away at almost 100 years old. She was able to express herself, share her opinions on daily life, and suggest activities to the staff, who listened attentively and cared for her. I remember a walk to the seaside organized at her initiative, which delighted many residents. She passed away with each of you by her side. Thank you for your support and kindness. Christophe

I am about to admit my mother to this establishment with complete confidence to prolong her convalescence following a fracture, making her return home complicated. The welcome is warm and the Director informed me beforehand that this is not a nursing home. Residents must be at least somewhat independent or at least not suffer from a totally disabling pathology. I am also warned that if my mother's health deteriorates, this reception will no longer be suitable. The residents are welcoming and touching. Some did not hesitate to help me when setting up my mother's studio. The staff is, in my opinion, attentive, having observed them when residents go out for lunch. This establishment seems family-oriented and that is what makes it human.

I strongly advise against this facility unless you wish for your loved ones to die sooner. The staff are completely inhumane, avoiding certain residents and leaving them in their own excrement for entire days. They are forced to call in outside caregivers because they don't have time for everyone. Residents are left to their own devices, wandering the corridors or outside without the staff seeming to care. Some of the caregivers are haughty; it's high time they changed professions. I am ashamed to have left my grandmother in a facility like this, as it hastened her death. I wouldn't wish this poorly managed facility on anyone, staffed by completely disengaged and inhumane people. This establishment deserves to be in the headlines and investigated because the health of our elders is at stake. I want to emphasize that her death occurred within just one year! A very unhappy little girl who will never see her grandmother again, a grandmother who did not deserve this fate.
