My mother, who has Alzheimer's, is completely safe within the protected structure, surrounded by proactive, caring staff who are above all available to help us through this very difficult transition.

Poor care for new, existing, and current residents. Keep your loved ones at home. The receptionist was incredibly unpleasant. I gave it one star because I had no other choice. It's not worth a rating.

Excellent welcome, attentive and professional care team

Avoid this place at all costs! They left my daughter's father to die without care, suffering from diabetes, severe dehydration, and two enormous bedsores on his back. The hospital in Falaise didn't understand why he arrived in such a critical condition. They tried everything to alleviate his excruciating pain, but to no avail. What a disgrace! What a disgrace! Justice will be served! Despite the status of some of the people who manage this horrific nursing home, they are not untouchable. We are well supported by competent professionals specializing in this field. How sad! To leave without comfort, basic necessities, and suffering.
