Résidence Les 4 vallées à CHATONNAY

I visit a family member who lives there every two weeks. The staff are friendly and helpful. The green spaces are beautiful, with plenty of flowers and are well-maintained. Various activities are offered during the week, and the apartments are pleasant and come in different sizes. The only downside is that the monthly rent has skyrocketed this year 😯.

I highly recommend this very caring facility. There is a team of caregivers on site, which is very reassuring. When my mother arrived at the facility in early July 2022, the staff already knew her name before she even got there (I had sent them a photo of her!). I live in the area, and it was a real relief when the director, Mireille, contacted me to say that a place had become available for my mother. There are plenty of diverse and varied activities that residents can choose to participate in or not. As for the meals... well, from what my mother tells me, they are truly delicious. Thank you to the kitchen staff! When my children come to visit their grandmother, they keep her entertained (they are 8 and 10 years old), and there's never been a single complaint. The residents get along well, my mother settled in very quickly, and she is delighted. I could say so much more... A huge thank you to the entire team at the residence! Keep up the good work with the families and residents. THANK YOU...

My aunt is down there, she's 80 years old and she plays games in the downstairs room and has made friends. She's actually better than me, lol. She can take her car, parked in the lot in front, and go shopping independently to prepare her own meals. In the evening, she has soup or other things brought to her room. 👌😊👍

A very friendly residence for elderly people still able to live alone and manage themselves!! The bathroom is accessible, there is a restaurant where residents can invite family or friends or, if they prefer, they can have their meals brought to their small studios or cook their own meals (hotplates and fridge are provided with the rental of the accommodation). The nurse comes to the rooms every evening to leave the evening treatment and/or remove the support stockings and there is a constant presence day and night of a caregiver on site, in case of problems or issues it is very reassuring. For aging people who no longer want or can stay in their family homes because they do not feel safe or for any other reason and who are still able to live alone, this is an IDEAL place!!

A pleasant place to live. Excellent staff and delicious meals. Many activities are offered to residents. The setting is peaceful, and everyone feels at home. It's possible to maintain your own little corner of the home while receiving attentive, professional support every day. There's even someone on duty at night if needed. The renovated building and freshly painted exterior make it all very welcoming! Located in Isère, not far from St Jean de Bournay, this establishment is clearly a great success!
