I'm writing regarding the home care service. What a relief it was on this stormy day when Isabelle called me from her personal phone to give me news of my mother, whose power outage had left her without heating, hot water, and hot meals. Isabelle found solutions to all these major problems, and I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you to the three women in the team who provide care for my mother (Isabelle, Laura, and Marine). Your good humor and impeccable work allow me to feel at ease, knowing my mother is in very professional and "good hands."

Excellent facility that allows residents to go on a seaside holiday once a year. The staff is very attentive to the residents, and the general manager is always available to families and residents. I highly recommend it.

This nursing home seems well-maintained. The setting is quite pleasant, very bright. Easy to access (tram). My aunt, a resident, appreciates the establishment.

My mother stays there and she is very well cared for. The staff is very attentive and responsive. She is very well looked after, even though it's not easy knowing she's in a nursing home.

The senior citizens' committee offers many services such as comprehensive home help, meal delivery, etc., which is very convenient. However, while the senior citizens' committee generally has very competent and dedicated staff, this isn't the case everywhere, unfortunately... but that's true of all places.
