When I look at the comments from 5 years ago, 2 years ago... today, it's still relevant. The "With" group shouldn't talk about renovations when responding to reviews posted here because it's misleading. (Renovations done to hide the problems are more accurate. Putting on a coat of paint isn't called a renovation.) The main elevator has been out of order for ages, and the smaller one is frequently out of order. There's always mold in the building, due to leaks and humidity. Some apartments are unsanitary (elderly residents had to leave at the children's behest). Some apartments are plagued by humidity, mold, and leaks, not to mention the lack of heating (it breaks down frequently). Since the service charges aren't calculated, they're just prorated, so there's never any reimbursement for such appalling service, it's a disgrace. If you care about your parents, avoid this building. And for those still there, do as some residents have done: call an expert, and you'll realize this sad reality. There are no more residents on the ninth floor, no more residents on the eighth; the entire left and right sides of the building are rotten from damp, so there are practically no residents left on the affected side. Our mother lost her life there...
