The Caussade facility is losing quality of service. During this difficult time when residents need entertainment services most, they are non-existent: the entertainment staff is absent and NOT REPLACED!!! Fortunately, the staff is caring and dedicated and doing what they can. THANK YOU to them!! The residents got vaccinated in the hope of seeing their loved ones again, and NOTHING has changed! The presentation of the dishes is non-existent, considering that visual appeal is essential to whet the appetite. The quality of the meals is mediocre. It's time to give back a little humanity to our ancestors. A big THANK YOU to the staff who take care of them!

Place with a large garden, large building with several floors and several services, part of the Montauban hospital. Always well received and attentive to your needs. Pleasant staff and friendly with patients.

The staff there are super friendly: they keep the bottle caps from my mineral water bottles for the benefit of the association "Les Bouchons d'amour du Tarn et Garonne".

The Montypezat-de-Quercy facility is experiencing a decline in service quality. There are no cleaning staff, and the nursing staff is disengaged (offering inadequate explanations regarding residents' health problems, a lack of vigilance and observation, and no follow-up on requests for care such as dental or podiatric appointments). There are few activities or outings, and the hygiene of some residents and their rooms is deplorable. There is also severe understaffing, sometimes only two caregivers for 30 residents!
